Chateau Clos De La Boheme 2014

Region:
Grape Variety:
55% Cabernet Sauvignon 45% Merlot
Tasting Note:
The blending wine, 56% Cabernet Sauvignon and 44% Merlot, offers a fresh, almost minty, nose. It is necessary to wait for the agitation to perceive some subtle notes of curry, of clove on a juicy bed of morello cherries. In the mouth nothing remarkably thick but hot spices among discrete tannins. The finish is elegant, never showing its muscles to offer mineral accents to this Clos la Bohème 2014 while balance.
Vinification:
The estate owns 4 hectares and produces finese 12,000 bottles of organic Bordeaux wine
