A Grand Cru champagne, from our father's vines and the unique Chardonnay grape, grown on our chalky terroirs of the Côte des Blancs in Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry, three villages classified Grand Cru. The nose is very fresh, marked by apple and lemon, with some peach syrup. Gourmet and melted, this wine has a lot of presence in the mouth, thanks to very fine bubbles and the vivacity typical of the Champagnes of the Côte des Blancs. The aromatic on the palate evolves towards brioche, butter and toasted aromas, as well as a surprising touch of thyme and grapefruit peel on the finish.
