Grapes picked manually in search of an optimum sugar / acid Traditional pressing. Alcoholic fermentation by seeding in stainless steel and enamel tanks and oak barrels over 10 years old (25%). Partial malolactic fermentation. Unadjusted declination of the cuvee ficlats de Meuliere, this natural brut naturally expresses the typicality of our clay-limestone soils and enhances the authentic aromas of Pinot Meunier. Like all our non-vintage white champagnes, this vintage is made with about 1/6 th of wines vinified in oak barrels, giving it body and balance. Very mineral, this wine goes well with oysters. Clear colour, fine and regular bubbles. The nose is open and composed of primary notes, which evoke freshness and fruit. A champagne with clear aromas. Slightly salty, it delivers all the minerality of the terroir.
The Vineyard owns 5 hectares and it is 50 years old. This Cuvee produces 2,000 bottles annually with Biodynamic Viticulture
