Ageing in oak barrel used for two previous vintages, Blending, Light filtering, Bottling by hand, Traditional corks. The color is garnet red colour, dark, crimson highlights. The nose is complex, rich, virginia tobacco aromas, fruit jam aromas, blackberry aromas, black pepper aromas, liquorice aromas, cocoa aromas, coffee aromas.
The Estate owns 65 hectares and this cuvee only produced 80,000 bottles with Organic Vitticulture
