Aleatico from a fifty year old vineyard, planted some 500 metres above sea level. Grapes are destemmed and the wine spends two days on the skins before being given a gentle press. After fermentation, the wine is moved to old barrels for one year. An achingly pure, complex rosato of real presence and poise.
The winery owns 6.3 Hectares and produces 50,000 bottles. They are on convertion to the organic and Biodynamic
