Tasting Note: 
Wine made from the Nebbiolo grapes of our vineyards in hamlet of Sant’Anna. The fermentation usually lasts between 20 and 30 days in steel tanks, after which the wine is aged for one years in used tonneaux before being bottled.
Vinification: 
Marco Minnucci accuired his 6.5 Hectares vineyards in 2015 with a partner. He produces 45,000 bottles biodynamically and naturally using only idegenous yeast.
