Elio Sandri has 8 hectares of vineyards in the Piedmont at Monforte d'Alba on the famous Disa hill on blue marl floors. A magic terroir planted in Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto. The production of the field is unfortunately very limited. Vinification is very traditional, with the minimum of interventions, with maceration in concrete tanks to transcribe The fruit as much as possible. Fermentations are made in native yeasts and very long farms, at least 60 months for the Risseva cuvée! The Barolo of Elio Sandri are fascinating to tasting, enthusiasts of elegant and refined wines will be won over, black fruits, dried flowers and spices harmonize, great wines of terroir and emotion with the capacity of immense guard.
