Lots of medium fine mousse. Very floral, peach, spicy, baked pear, banana and red apple aromas. Fresh, somewhat foamy, fruity style with a bit of sweetness. Pear, honey, peach, quince and almond flavours. A bit on the sweet side but is clean and fruity. A fun party fizz you can serve with spicy appetizers.
