Vigna francia "is a Barbera d’Alba by Giacomo Conterno that comes from a particularly suitable vineyard, located near the municipality of Serralunga d’Alba. Between the rows each work is carried out with rigor, taking care to perform it with precision in the smallest details, from pruning to defoliation. The bunches, harvested manually during the harvest, are brought to the premises of the Giacomo Conterno winery, where they are de-stemmed. The grapes obtained are sent to the press and the must is vinified in steel. After 20 months of aging in large barrels, the wine is finally ready to be bottled.
Vinification:
The legendary Barolo producer own 17 hectares and produces iconic 62,000 bottles of fine wine using Organic Viticulture.
