Producer:
Grape Variety:
100% Aleatico
Tasting Note:
Aleatico from a fifty year old vineyard, planted some five hundred metres above sea level. The grapes were pressed directly to vats for fermentation, before ten months of élevage in old barrels. A hazy shade of sunset in the glass, this draws you in with exotic scents of rose and minerals, whilst a long, lingering acidity offers refreshment in spades. As impressive as ever, this is one of the great rosé wines.
Vinification:
The winery owns 6.3 Hectares and produces 50,000 bottles. They are on convertion to the organic and Biodynamic
