Tasting Note:
Fogliati Barolo is an elegant wine with soft and enveloping tannins. The 80 years old vineyards, exposed at midday, organically grown, generate grapes of exceptional quality. This allows the producer to carry out the winemaking without adding adjuvants in a process aimed at achieving the highest quality. Contact with skins varies according to the vintage, follows the passage in large woods and 6 months minimum in the bottle.

Guido Fogliati owns 6 hectares of the vineyards that nearly 100 years old. They produces around 3,000 bottles of beautiful organic fine wines
