Tasting Note:
A ruby red color of a fairly light shade, the very fine nose opens up to aromas of small red fruits with a fresh vegetal touch. The attack is very delicate with an elegant touch on the palate. The mid-palate is complex with density and finesse as well. The tannins are present without dominating the wine. Quite impressive length in the mouth. The vine, which is over 20 years old, is well established and its terroir expresses all its minerality. 2019 is a complex vintage at the start, which has some nice surprises in store for us. It is balanced with remarkable acidity. It is bright and generous in smell. Drink young or wait decades.

The estate covers 22 hectares divided into a hundred small Parcels using Biodynamic Viticultures About 90,000 Bottles were produced annually.
