Tasting Note:
The wine has an appealing cherry red color. The nose is fruity and bright with red fruit and earthy aromas. On the palate is it juicy and delights with its supple tannins and long finish. It pairs well with red meats, mushrooms, and hard cheeses. Slow fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in tank.
Vinification:
Château Vieux-Georget is 24 hectares and it has been cultivated in organic farming since 1984.
