This cuvee has a very fine and creamy perlage and an elegantly fruity smell marked by notes of flowery yeast. On the palate it is extremely smooth and intense with a nice slightly tart finish.
Vinification:
The family own only 9.5 hectare and converted into Biodynamic in 2013, produces beautiful 8,000 bottles of fine Champagne
