Gradine Vino Bianco Doc 2022

Region:
Grape Variety:
25% Malvasia, 25% Rarita 25% Vermentino, 25%Zibobbo
Tasting Note:
Francesco originally planned to make a passito from this fruit, but “grandine” (hail in Italian) hit the vineyard very hard, and he opted to instead make this white blend of Malvasia, Rarità, Vermentino and Zibobbo. Very mineral driven with plenteous crushed white rock notes, along with heavy Hefeweizen, banana peel, star jasmine, chamomile, and a dash of honey lime. A fun white and great gift from my dear friend at L’Aietta.
Vinification:
Francesco Mulinari produces his wines in his family garden and only less than a hectare. He produced annually 3000 bottles of Biodynamic fine wines
