Complex aromas of walnut, dark fruit, stone, oyster shell, chalk and dried fruit. This shows fabulous intensity and balance with layer upon layer of fruit and polished tannins. Builds on the palate. It goes on for minutes.
Vinification:
In 1970, the family owns 5 hectares (Now 60 hectares) and produces less than 50,000 bottles using Organic Viticulture.
