Tasting Note: 
Organically grown 100% Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) on calcareous clay soils. Hand harvested, destemmed, 3-day maceration, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks followed by aging for 8 months in stainless steel tanks and older barrels, plus 5 months in bottle before release. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2. Annual production is 5,000 Liters. Previous vintages of UL were super classic - in that "old school" Spain/Rioja type of way. Structured, elegant, solid and straightforward. This 2019 vintage tastes more integrated, like the barrels have relaxed and the wine is a little fresher than before.
