Made with botrytized grapes in the same fashion as a great Sauternes but from the Alsace region of France. The Hengst vineyard is in the village of Kientzheim which lays just below the Grand Cru of Furstentum. This is a ripe, powerful, decadent wine that you can age for decades. Ideal after a grand feast.

The estate covers 22 hectares divided into a hundred small Parcels using Biodynamic Viticultures About 90,000 Bottles were produced annually
