Tasting Note:
A beautiful, limpid color with a deep ruby color shade and also quite dense in appearance. We begin with a deep, complex, lively, bloody nose with rich aromatic expressions. Fruit on the attack, dense in an almost vertical shape. It is a block that will stand the test of time. A tight mouth with tannins which are there to carry the wine. It reveals a thickness and a width, characteristic of the Grand Cru Hengst. A fusion between the balance of the fruit and the haute couture breeding promises us an athlete cut for aging. Minerality is omnipresent.
Vinification:
The estate covers 22 hectares divided into a hundred small Parcels using Biodynamic Viticultures About 90,000 Bottles were produced annually.
