Tasting Note:
The Riesling GC Furstentum is a fatty wine, with notes of candied fruit, ginger and spices at a reasonable price for the quality. Especially interesting its comparison with the other GC of the winery in Riesling (the GC Schlossberg) to understand the concept of terroir and how the granite component of the Grand Cru Schlossberg gives a more mineral wine while the alluvial component of the Grand Cru Furstentum provides more volume.

The estate covers 22 hectares divided into a hundred small Parcels using Biodynamic Viticultures About 90,000 Bottles were produced annually
