Producer:
Grape Variety:
100% Chardonnay
Tasting Note:
Subtle, smoky notes of crushed salt and limestone lend a mineral backdrop to concentrated notes of orange peel and white grapefruit in this wine. Deep in extraction yet chiseled and steely, it's a ripe expression of Chablis balanced by a refreshingly stony, briny lift. It's at peak now through 2026 but should hold further.
Vinification:
The Domaine is holding 11 hectares with the average of 30 years old vine and using Biodynamic
Viticultures.
