Les Bauchets is a piece of land that becomes a piecemeal cuvée. The topsoil here is sand, at the bottom of the hillside, it feels like the beach. Fine spicy bouquet with aromas of wild berries, figs, some orange peel and apple peels. Smooth, mineral notes of lime. On the palate with fine perlage, harmonious freshness and a stimulating, subtle bitterness in the final. Only 1700 bottles made.
