Tasting Note:
Les Monts Damnés is a plot with a steep slope, exposed to the south, which Pascal Cotat harvests when the sauvignon is fully ripe. The wine is smoky with notes of white truffle and a nice freshness. In its youth, it expresses itself discreetly with aromas of almonds and lemon to explode after a few years of aging. This magnificent cuvée gives off aromas of citrus, white flowers, boxwood, pine and gun flint. Balance, purity and depth form the triptych of this splendid bottle. A pure, lively, straightforward wine that is equally long and powerful. A breathtaking, slightly saline finish emotionally concludes this exceptional wine.
