Tasting Note:
Bunch pressed in a pneumatic press followed by a cold settling of the must achieved in stainless steel tanks, then maintenance of the must at a low temperature until its transfer into autoclaves for its fermentation and successive bottling. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Intense, fresh and fruity, with notes of peach and sage. Harmonious, the balance of acidity and residual sugar give this wine a very pleasant drinkability.
Vinification:
The winery owns 30 hectares and annually produces 200,000 botlles of sustainable.
