The 2022 Langhe Rosso "Giulietta" by Olek Bondonio is a captivating interpretation of Pelaverga from the Langhe region. With its pale red cherry color and a bouquet that blends floral scents, red fruits, and spices, this wine embodies the elegance of the grape variety. Crafted with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention, it delivers a fresh and dynamic palate experience, concluding with a pleasantly spiced finish. An all pepper Rosso to which Olek is particularly attached and which bears the name of his daughter. Olek Bondonio's "Rosso Giulietta" is a Langhe Rosso Doc which hardly belongs to Verduno, because it is a few steps from the DOC zone. Vinified in stainless steel, with native yeasts to enhance the characteristics of the grape variety.
