Tasting Note:
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, maceration for 8-11 days, maloactic fermentation in used French tonneaux and oak of barrique size. Aging 10 months and then transferred to stainless steel before bottling and refinement in the bottle for at least 4 months before release, no filtration and clarification. Intense purple color with, good structure and body, easy to drink with good acidity and fruity aromas
Vinification:
In 2006 Riikka started to produce her own wines from 1.8 hectares. Only 4,500 bottles were produced annually with Biodynamic Viticulkture
