This is an elegant, finessed Ricolma, with a core of ripe red fruit, menthol, spices and flowers. It is as interesting as ever. Made exclusively from merlot, it is not conventionally varietal, for there is complex minerality with sturdy structure, while the palate is succulent enough if slow to develop.
Vinification:
The estate owns 30 hectares and produces 85,000 bottles annually of fine wine using Biodynamic Viticulture
