Passito Monte Sorio is a sweet wine made from Garganega grapes; it appears amber in color. The aromas refer to notes of citrus, hazelnuts, plums and ginger; The sip is structured and balanced thanks to a tannic component and a not too pronounced sweetness. Good persistence. It goes well with very seasoned and spicy cheeses, with dry pastries by soaking the biscuit in wine.
