Tasting Note: 
A field blend of organically grown Garnatxa Blanca, Macabeo, Moscatell, Vinyater, Xarello, Parsé, Parellada from calcareous clay soils in the Baix Penedès. All grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed with 1-3 day maceration on skins, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and aged for around 8 months longer in the bottle. Disgorged with no dosage, no fining, filtering, and of course zero S02. Fresh, crisp and light-bodied and expressively bubbly. Annual production is 750 Liters.
